My To-Buy List (poem)

Today I'm going to the market,
To buy some packets,

Of eggs and bread,
And chocolates that we can shred;

A litre of milk is just fine,
And half kg of flour is mine;

Chocolate chip cookies are so yum!
I'll take two packets, not one!

I'll need one packet of sugar too,
Because it makes me feel sweet when I'm feeling blue!

That's the end of my to-buy list,
Which I'm holding firmly in my fist!
